Kylie Jenner Hit With Second Housekeeper Lawsuit in Two Weeks Alleging Harassment and Abuse
By GCU Editorial Team
Kylie Jenner is facing mounting legal trouble at home after a second former housekeeper filed a lawsuit against her, accusing the reality star and her staff of harassment, discrimination, and failing to step in when help was needed.
THE LATEST LAWSUIT
Juana Delgado Soto, who says she worked as a housekeeper for Jenner starting in 2019 before leaving in 2025, filed suit against Jenner, her company Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, and two staffing agencies. The complaint reportedly includes around 20 separate causes of action, ranging from racial discrimination and harassment to wage violations and retaliation.
Soto alleges she was mocked over her English and her immigration status, denied proper breaks, and pressured to return to work almost immediately after her brother's sudden death. According to the suit, when she messaged her supervisors about the loss, she was reportedly criticized for her performance instead of receiving support.
A PLEA FOR HELP THAT WENT UNANSWERED
Perhaps the most heartbreaking detail in the filing is Soto's claim that she wrote a personal letter to Jenner asking for help after enduring what she describes as ongoing mistreatment from staff. Instead of things improving, she alleges the situation only got worse afterward. In a text message included in the filing, Soto reportedly told her managers she couldn't continue due to the toll it was taking on her mental health.
Jenner has not personally been accused of directly mistreating Soto, but the suit claims she and her team failed to take appropriate action once concerns were raised.
NOT THE FIRST TIME
This marks the second lawsuit from a former Jenner housekeeper in as many weeks. Angelica Hernandez Vasquez, another former staff member, filed a similar suit accusing Sibrian of fostering a hostile and discriminatory work environment, including remarks about her accent and background.
Representatives for Jenner have not issued a public response to either lawsuit at this time.
GCU VERDICT
Two lawsuits in two weeks is not a coincidence, it's a pattern, and it raises real questions about what's actually happening behind the scenes of one of the most-watched households in Hollywood. Whatever the courts eventually decide, the details already on record paint a picture worth paying attention to. We'll keep following this one closely as it develops.
