Multiple transfers like this aren't unusual within the federal system, but the frequency and geographic spread of Duggar's moves have made it especially difficult for his loved ones to maintain any kind of consistent contact.

Duggar's wife, Anna, has stood by him throughout his incarceration, but distance has become the biggest obstacle. With Elkton, Ohio now added to the list of facilities Duggar has passed through, face-to-face visits for Anna and their seven children are going to be significantly harder to arrange.
